Step 2: Download your Meal Plans by clicking the eBooks below:
The meal plans include recipes, shopping lists, and prep lists, and all the meals are delicious. If you don’t like spending a lot of time in the kitchen, try the 15 minute meal plan for quick and easy meals. If you have a little extra time to prepare and cook, you can use the other Everyday Meal Plan. Feel free to mix and match: you can follow one week’s meal plan from one book and then choose another week’s plan from the other book for variety, or you can stick to one plan for the entire 3 weeks.
